McKinley turned 2!

We went to This is the Place State Park with my sister and kids and had a blast at the "irrigation station" and panning for gold, riding the train, and doing a few other crafts/activities.

There was a dirt corner in the yard and the kids took liberty of making it a place of play. Uncle Paul fixed that up now. I'm sure they will find another place though.

The dress McKin has on was made by a lady in my mission. At the time I thought it was going to be a very long time before I have a kid that can wear this, it kind of was but it is super cute!

We spent many weekends at the cabin enjoying the warm weather and hiking in the wildflowers. We also had fun riding the 4 wheelers and the ranger. Grandpa has all the fun toys and things for us to do.

What would life back in Utah be like without going to a rodeo or two?!

Ruby's newborn pictures

My friends, Brittany Field and Jennifer Delmonico, took newborn pictures of Ruby as a gift. They turned out wonderful! 

Lake Powell, always a great time!

So we made it home Monday night and were able to get the truck unloaded and things sort of put way just in time to head to Lake Powell on Thursday. Ruby did great for her first trip. She slept a lot and even got to play in the water a few times.

 Denzil and McKinley loved the water and had so much fun with their cousins and aunts and uncles. I love that they are pretty good swimmers with their life jackets and that they understood the rule that they couldn't get in the water unless they had one on.
